Nowadays it is usual to see people rushing to work or some other places with food in their hand, driving and eating as they go. This is as a result of the fast paced world. People are rushing all the time and have no time to sit down to a proper meal. Definitely this cannot be good for their health. Food eaten in a great rush and without giving it your full attention cannot be of any health benefit; in fact it does a lot of harm to the body.
