Mushrooms are amazing. They are both food and medicine. I love them. When I see pictures of them I know which is which. But, I wanted to be able to go into the woods and feel confident about which mushroom was in front of me. There were a couple of mushrooms that seems easy and obvious for me to identify. Turkey Tail, Trametes Versicolor was one of them. The other Hemlock Reishi also seemed obvious. Besides those two I was not sure; I could not make a safe decision. I was afraid of getting sick. Blue bottle jelly fish- an organism with a difference

This variant of jellyfish is usually found in the coastal belts of Australia and New Zealand. They are unique in appearances and also can have fatal effects if not handled properly. This fish is referred to as the “Portuguese-Man-O-War” because of its physical similarities to that of a Portuguese Battle ship with a sail. The entire body of this variant of Blue bottle jellyfish is blue in color as the name suggests with a unique capability of each body part doing different things simultaneously.
